Made me laugh

If you don’t laugh at the end of reading this then there’s something wrong with you…

Just imagine sitting in traffic on your way to work and hearing this.

Many Chicago folks did hear this on the WBAM FM morning show in Chigago.

The DJ’s play a game where they award winners great prizes.

The game is called “Mate Match”. The DJ’s call someone at work and ask if they are married or seriously involved with someone.

If the contestant answers “yes”, he or she is then asked 3 random yet highly personal questions.

The person ...

Sony Engineers Die!

There is a certain Sony Technical Support Engineer (and I use the term VERY Lightly) that must die. After the SECOND TIME back at sony, they’ve failed to correct the pretty fucking major problem of it overheating.

The First time It went back (2 weeks ago I might add) it came back with a new harddrive… at which point I started questioning the competancy of Sony Engineering.

The second time round, I didn’t even get a chance to use it… within half an hour of it being on the desk and running, it died. And the problem is ...

Mommmmmy Wot's that

A little boy walks into his parents room to see his mum on top of his dad bouncing up and down. The mum sees her son and quickly dismounts, worried about what her son has seen. She dresses quickly and goes to find him.

The son sees his mum and asks,” What were you and dad doing? ” The mother replies “Well, you know your dad has a big tummy and sometimes I have to get on top of it to help flatten it.”

“You’re wasting your time” says the boy.” Why is that? ” asked his mum, puzzled.” Well, when ...

Learning...

Well you learn something new every day…

Got prodded and invited to join a specific irc today by maxeh… Anyway enough about that ;)

I’m being plagued Java script shittyness and QoS woes… trying to get Linux to do QoS is like trying to peel paint with your teeth… sometimes you get big bits… most of the time you barely scratch the surface

It’s been a lose, lose, lose, lose, lose, WIN! lose, lose, lose, lose battle all day :/

Maybe tomorrow will reveal something new…

BoING!

Well it’s official… I’m not well… The doctor says so…

Woke up this morning feeling like I’d slep on the road, and been run over by several cars… Phoned into the office sick, and dragged my ass to the doctor.

Doctor says “God you look a bit worse for wear”

And he’s riight…. I do… I look like shit.. but then that’s the price you pay for being all fluey and all…

Never Mind… no fluffles from the #queer crew for a while :P

Tommy and Maths

Little Tommy was doing very badly in maths. His parents had tried everything; tutors, flash cards, special learning centres, in short, everything they could think of. Finally in a last ditch effort, they took Tommy down & enrolled him in the local Catholic School.

After the first day, little Tommy comes home with a very serious look on his face. He doesn’t kiss his mother hello. Instead, he goes straight to his room & starts studying.

Books and papers are spread out all over the room and little Tommy is hard at work. His mother is amazed. She calls him down ...

Awwwwww pain...

I have a headache, and I’m beginning to feel quite sick…

Got a couple of goodies waiting for me today… A couple of nice shiny new servers…

Shame they don’t work yet… and even greater shame, I have to redhat one of them :(

This is not going to be nice.

It's nice to see...

… that the country is in the safe hands of the keen and sharpe minds of the people we voted into government… Yah… Right…

You may remember Mr Derek Wyatt, MP for Sittingbourne and Sheppy, who, a year ago, proposed that ISP‘s be held accountable and responsible for, a fact that [benc] was not too happy with, maybe because he runs an ISP.

Well, he’s back. Though, this time he’s gone too far. Is plan is PostCode based email addresses… No I’m dead serious… I pissed myself laughing at this… and I mean ‘pissed’ in every sense ...
